Meadows (Ben) of West Virginia, Rev. Chad A. Fulkerson (April) of Indianapolis, IN, Ashley N., Robyn L. Buck (Craig) of Edinburgh, IN, Lindsey P. Smith of Columbus, IN, Nataley B. Smith of Columbus, IN and Rachelle Henderson of Washington, IN; and his great grandchildren, Savanna, Kirsten, Dakota, Lucy, Jaxon, Miranda, Emerson, Adilyn, Ivy, Ryker, Bennett, Annabelle, Jonah and Joscelyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
