She was predeceased by: her parents, Newman Harris and Mary Harris (Lovelace); her former husband Joe Chasteen; her daughter Lori Huber; and her brother Lee Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Loweth; her children, Eddie Loweth (Terry), Kevin Chasteen, Wendy Franklin (David), Pam Nelson (Thomas) and Jerrie Posey; and her siblings, John Harris (Cheryl), David Harris and Mary Lee (Roger). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
