She is survived by: her daughter Tina Madden; her stepchildren, Cody Cummings and Jody Montgomery; her husband Terry Cummings; her grandchildren, Jevin Madden and Jade Madden; her brother Randy Johnson (Shelly); her nephew Tyson Asbury; her great-nephew Dustin Mason; her great-niece Makynzie Asbury; and also Maddie.
