She was predeceased by: her parents, Antone Balsis and Anna Balsis (Stankevich); her husband Rex W. Kochell, Sr.; her daughter Linda Sams; her granddaughters, Tracy Ross and Katherine Thomas; and her great grandchild Haley Sams.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Daulton, Rex Kochell, Jr. and Ronnie Kochell (Karen). She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren & 1 Great-Great- Grandchild.
