He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Hutchinson and Gatha Hutchinson (Whitaker); his brother Howard Hutchinson Sr.; his nephew Howard Hutchinson Jr.; his grandparents, Virgil, Hester Whitaker, Warner and Ella Hutchinson (Fish); his son-in-law Scott Edwards; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Minnie Edmondson; his stepfather-in-law Ralph Smith; and his sister-in-law Patty Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his nephew Austin Clark; his wife Andrea Hutchison of Syracuse; his children, Angelia Edwards of Goshen, Bill Hutchinson Jr. (Tammy) of Syracuse and Jerry Jonathan (Tanya) of Eagle River, AK; his grandchildren, Hannah Scotton (Tamesha), Zac Parr (Ali Schlo), Jake Hutchinson (Breanna Ferm), Denver Edwards, Kaliyah Jonathan, Jerry Jonathan Jr., Keiraun Jonathan, Nikolas Jonathan, Nevaeh Jonathan, Emma Jonathan and Kaitlynn Hutchinson; his sister Linda Martin (Larry) of Shelbyville, IN; and his sister-in-law Sandra Clark Sr. (Melvin) of Rushville, IN. He is also survived by Many Nieces Nephews, Cousins.
