He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lopp and Alberta Lopp (Weygand); and his wife Deborah. He is survived by: his brother Stan; his children, Tim Lawwill (Melanie) and Holly McCormick (Steve); and his grandchildren, Leia, Lexi, John, Dylan, Will and Chloe.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation, or to the St. Andrews Thrift Shop in Vance's name.
