He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Albert and Pauline Beatrice Hoover (Wogoman); and his brother Robert Hoover. He is survived by: his brother Trucking; his wife Michelle Hoover of Syracuse; his children, Turina Hoover of South Bend, Chandra Hoover of Warsaw and Jared (Kymberley Gunkel) of North Webster; and his brother John Hoover of Syracuse He. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
