Fries and Margaret Ann Fries (Rhoades) of Syracuse, NY; his stepmother Mary Louise Fries of Columbia City; his stepsister Mary Catherine Palmer (Gregg); his siblings, Stephanie Ann Fries and David Andrew Fries; his grandparents, Harry, Edna Rhoades, Leo J. and Ella Marie Fries; and also Olivia of Columbia City.
