He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jaggers and Oza Jaggers (Hudson); his wife Velma "Bobbie" Ann Smith; his brothers, Roland and Walter; and his daughters-in-law, Kathy Jaggers (Kerry) and Tammy Jaggers (Roland).
He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Creech of Springfield, MO; his close friend Julia Kiser; and also Kari Marti-Wilbur. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
