She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Ethel Cook Sr. (Morris); and her brothers, Joseph Edward Sr., Richard Cook, James Pressley Cook and Robert Gene Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Sponseller (Brian) of Zionsville and Marc Henn (Traci) of Syracuse; her stepchildren, Robert Henn of Morgantown, WV, William Henn of Denver, CO and Ahlon Connor (Brad) of Charlottesville, VA.; and her grandchildren, Christian Henn (Ashley) of Milford, Shae Henn of Syracuse, Faith Sponseller of Zionsville, Lucas Henn of Morgantown, WV, Bethany Sowards (Josh) of Morgantown, WV and Bynon Connor of Charlottesville, VA.
