She is survived by: her husband Mike Guyse of Syracuse, Indiana; her stepsons, Eric Guyse (Angel) of Rochester, Indiana and Patrick Guyse of Maryland; her siblings, Connie James (Ron) of Ora, Indiana and Chuck Wieringa (Susie) of Knox, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Cindy Wieringa of Knox, Indiana..
