He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Jewell Whitehead and Tim Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Paul B. Pierce and Sandra Pierce (Whitehead); his brother Kaine Pierce; his grandparents, Julie Collins, Paul L. and Ann Pierce; and his roommate Steven Rectenwall Calvet. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Kody's family kindly requests that donations be made to Titus Funeral Home for his funeral expenses.
