He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael "George" and Gertrude "Ethel" Poyser (Hursey); his wife Annie Mae (Kuhn); his sons, Jerry D. Poyser, Joseph D. Poyser and Jeffrey D. Poyser; and his brothers, Michael Arthur Poyser, Marvin Poyser and Donald Poyser.
He is survived by: his children, John D. Poyser (Lucy) of Minooka, Anita Price (Larry) of North Webster, Alyce M. Evans of Bremen and William L. Mock (Mindy) of Stone Lake, MI. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
