She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacobus Louw and Maria Louw (Brand); her siblings, Gideon (Martha), Haas (Marees), Hannes (Claudine), Baba and Marie; and her son Freddy Swart.
She is survived by: her husband Karel Liebetrau; her children, Gorette (Brendan) of Chicago, Shelley (Mornay) of Cape Town and Hester Siquilla of Warsaw, Indiana; her grandchildren, Daniel, Fredick, Zach, Joshua, Callum and Sybella; and her siblings, Mannetjie (Miemie), Anita (Dave) and Miemie.
