He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Martin and Ruth Martin (Jefferies); his former wife Wendy Meek; and his brothers, Fred, John, Donnie, Jerry and Bud Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Martin of Winona Lake; his daughters, Rachel Flores (Ivan) of Round Hill, VA and Jessica Baumgardner (Patrick) of Concord, NC; his stepchildren, Julie Fields (Pete) of Donnelly, ID, Jeff Miller (Pam) of Pierceton and Kate Miller of Boise, ID; his grandchildren, Audrey Miller, Caleb Flores, Riley and Sawyer Baumgardner; and his sisters, Sue Holderead (Terry) of Asheville, NC, Carolyn Lewis (David) of Niles, MI and Becky Fornier of Helena, MT..
