He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Webb and Julia Webb (Bondurant); his wife Glennell Webb of Syracuse; his children, Tammy Lynne Webb of Syracuse, Thomas White of Syracuse, Troy Webb (Deborah) of Syracuse and Gary L. Webb Jr. (Kristy) of Killeen, TX.; his sister Sandra Brandon-Walz of Ft. Myers, FL.; his son Randy Webb; and his siblings, Paul Webb and Elizabeth Buckles. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and 11 greatgrandchildren.
