It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forrest Lewis of Syracuse, Indiana, born in Savoy, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman A. Lewis and Lillawah C. Lewis (Fugett); his wife Sarah Jane Lewis; his daughter Amy Yager (Ray); and his siblings, Berniece Andes (Harry), Wilma Mae Lewis and Rexford Lewis (Dolores).
He is survived by: his son Forrest Randall "Randy" Lewis (Carol). He is also survived by four grandsons and eight great-grandchildren.
