David Cates Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Cates of Syracuse, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Ann Cates (Kapperman) and Dr. Jeryl R. Cates; his wife Kimberly Dawn Cates (Reynolds); his sons, Jeryl Cates (Alyssa) and Jeremy D. Cates; his stepchildren, Christopher Webb (Sydney) and Abbigail Webb; his granddaughter Willow Webb; his sister Debbie Hunt (Larry); and his son Andrew Patrick.
If six feet of social distancing is not maintained masks are required for the visitation and service.
