She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth H. Wales and Mabel L. Wales (Keck); her former husband Jack H. Francis; her stepdaughter Sonja Ottinger; and her siblings, Sharon Jones and Ralph Wales.
She is survived by: her husband Lee Golden of Syracuse; her children, Sherri Castillo (Jesse), Gary Francis (Lynn Plummer) of Syracuse and Mark Francis (Rhonda) of Elkhart, IN.; her stepchildren, Penni Sievers of Columbia City, IN, Kelly Thompson of Warsaw, IN and Allen Golden (Sherry) of Jefferson City, MO; and her sister Winnifred Roland.
