She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kuiper and Irene Kuiper (Ustanik); and her siblings, Peggy Kuiper and Glenn Kuiper. She is survived by: her children, Katie Fisher of Syracuse, Eric Fisher of Syracuse and Brad (Jennifer Mishler) of Leesburg; and her sister Gail Crofford (Leonard) of Lake Village, IN.. She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 1 great grandson.
