He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Seitz and Anna Seitz (Morrison); and his brothers, Bob, Gerald and Bill Seitz.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Seitz (Schreiner); his children, Marcus Seitz of Nashville, Indiana and Tammy Seitz-Sturgeon of Terre Haute; his grandchildren, Trevis Scales and Samantha "Sami" Scales of Shelburn; and his sister Thelma Kelp.
