She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. "Bill" Reed and Ruth Katherine Reed (Mark); her husband Ralph W. Roach; her son Michael W. Roach; her grandson Ronnie D'Poffo; and her sister Nina Kay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Mangino, Lisa Alvarado (James), Lana Ponsonby (James) and Lynda Alumbaugh; her grandchildren, Ryan Alvarado, Kristopher Victoria, Andrew Ponsonby, Michael Ponsonby, Joshua Mangino, Caleb Mangino, Kelsi Roach, Toni Hart and Dominic D'Poffo; her great grandchildren, Karson Stringer, James Ponsonby, Nick Ponsonby, Koan Mangino, Abie Mitchell and Luke Connely; and her siblings, Jim Reed (Janice) and Monadell McDonald.
The family wishes any memorial donations in Joetta's name be given to a local food bank.
