He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Holtsclaw and Doris Holtsclaw (Noel); and his sister Lynnett Swaby. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jane Holtsclaw (Roudebush); his children, Bill Holtsclaw (Leslie) of Switz City and Cindy Schmitt (Mark) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Jeremy Busby, Haylee Jerrell (Brandon), Aaron Seidler (Kenzie), Hannah Seidler, Alyssa Day (Dylan) and Derek Dixon; his great grandchildren, Bret Busby, Connor Busby, Waylon Busby, Hunter Jerrell, Tinslee Jerrell, Bodey Buskirk, Garrett Cargal and Rowan Day; and his brother Daniel R. Holtsclaw (Jackie).
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Switz City Volunteer Fire Department.
