He is survived by: his spouse Betty Dick; his former wife Sylvia Lines; his children, Vicki Belcher (Jesse), Fairmount, Cindy Lines (David), Converse, Brian Thompson (Cheryl), Dallas, Adreannea Thompson (Rob Fern) and Sweetser; and his grandchildren, Jennifer McZegle, Christy Rockwell (Rock), Corey Belcher, Kelly Danner (Jeff), Candace Alva, Caleb Lines, Jacob Lines, Elizabeth Tucker (Chris), Malachi Thompson and Brayson Fern. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
