He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence "Bill" Middlesworth and Charlotte Middlesworth (Woodmansee); his wife Linda Buis; his children, Teri Rodibaugh (Jim), Mark Middlesworth (Sally) and Toby Middlesworth (Diane); his grandchildren, Justin Rodibaugh (Rhonda), Jeremy Rodibaugh (Kassi), Amy Hensler (Tyler), Jenna Illingworth (Matt), Kyle Rodibaugh, Danielle Schlueter (Jamie), Matt Middlesworth (Alicia), Adam Middlesworth (Taylor), Derek Middlesworth (Courtney) and Tori McNeely (Nate); his sister Ann Dyer (Earl); and his sister-in-law Sandra Fox. He was also cherished by 25 great-grandchildren, many other family members and friends.
