He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhenus C. Lewis and Eurania F. Lewis (Clendenen); and his brothers, Jackie Lee Lewis and Charles William Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lewis; and his children, James Lewis (Marion), Jared, Nancy Woolums (Warren) and Mary Gibson (Darrell). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
