She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney Lee White; her mother Mary Mavaline Miller (Rodney Lee White); her son Joshua "Josh" Lee White; and her sisters, Cathy Cummings and Darla M. Miller.
She is survived by: her father Larry Miller of Gas City; her son Matthew White (Kaitlyn) of Sweetser; her grandchildren, Andrew White, Kaidan, Kennedy, Everly, Declyn and Brody; her sisters, Pam Baldwin (Chris) of Fort Wayne and Carol Stevenson (Rodney) of Fort Wayne; her daughters, Sarah and Cassidy Myers; her pet Leah; and also Mary King. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
