Lucille Bailey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucille Bailey of Sweetser, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Delcie Harman (Perkins); her husband Verl Bailey; her father Arthur C. Harman; her siblings, Arthur Harman, Jr. (Donna), Sidney Harman, Linda Fickle, Delores Reed (Charles) and Ada Mitchell; and her brother-in-law Billy House.
She is survived by: her children, Roger "Darrell" Bailey (Leslie) of Converse and Brenda Westfall (James) of Sweetser; her siblings, Wilson Harman (Margaret) of Owingsville, KY, David Harman (Polly) of Flemingsburg, KY and Phyllis House of Columbia, SC; her siblings-in-law, Betty Lou Harman of Carlisle, KY and Gilbert Fickle of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Casey Bailey (Gail) of Amboy, Brady Bailey (Carly) of Warren, Michael Westfall (Katie) of LaFontaine and Kristie Shultz (Kolby) of Sweetser; and her close friend Sue Mabry of Marion. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
