She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Teri Rodibaugh (Jim), Mark Middlesworth (Sally) and Toby Middlesworth (Diane); her grandchildren, Justin Rodibaugh (Rhonda), Jeremy Rodibaugh (Kassi), Amy Hensler (Tyler), Kyle Rodibaugh, Jenna Illingworth (Matt), Danielle Schlueter (Jamie), Matt Middlesworth (Alicia), Adam Middlesworth (Taylor), Derek Middlesworth (Courtney) and Tori McNeely (Nate); her siblings, Sandra Fox and Earl; and her sister-in-law Ann Dyer. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
