He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ellis; his daughter Anna Clark (Tony) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Kimberly Byerly (Patrick), Amanda Caldwell, Joshua Alkire, Jessica Miles, Nolan White, Olivia Maxey (Garrett), Fort Branch, Benjamin White, Marion Spicer and Zachary Spicer; his sisters, Donna Coons and Pam Caudell (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Teresa Blevins (Denny).
