She is survived by: her brother Ronald Smith (Mary Ann); her niece Connie Burt; her siblings-in-law, Carlyle Phillips and Ruth Smith; and her siblings, Howard Smith, Norma Stout (James) and Donald Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
