Henderson, Sr. (Nina); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Reel (Chet).
She is survived by: her children, James W. Perkins, Jr. (Dawn) of Sweetser, Joey Allen Perkins (Betsy) of Swayzee, Denise Darlene Duncan of Sweetser and Lisa Marlene Martin of Kokomo; her grandchildren, James W. Perkins, III, Anthony W. Perkins (Melissa), Corey R. Perkins, Zachary T. Perkins, Joey A. Perkins, II (Patty), April S. Texeira (Jason), Brian L. Perkins, Adam L. Perkins (Amanda), Amber S. Shell (Kyle), Monica L. Hendrix (Brian), Braydon A. and Corbyn C.; her stepgrandsons, Douglas Barton, Nick Christie and Danny Christie; her great grandchildren, Haleigh, Lucas, Kaylee, Weston, Chris, Joey, III, Brittany, Kawika, Kainalu, Trent, Owen, Korinne, Colin, Breanna, Mason, Riley and Cash; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Makenzie, Rachel and Simon; her great great grandchild Leilani; her sisters, Clara Evella Stevens (late Merrill) and Marilyn Yvonne Adkins (late Charles); her siblings-in-law, John Thompson, Tom Perkins (Barb) and Janice Maughmer (Ned); and her caregivers, Lisa, Aide Karen Sue and Chaplain Andrew. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
