Zada L. Deaton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zada L. Deaton of Swayzee, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Knofel Baylor and Lola Baylor (Flannigan); her husband Robert "Bob" Louis Deaton; her great grandchild Jett Pritchett; and her siblings, Addis Daugherty, Onita Dugas, Rachel Caudell, Joyce Hogan, Jane Shewmaker and Charles Baylor.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Deaton (Dorothy) of Swayzee, Charles Deaton (Jennie) of Converse, Scott Deaton (Amy Langhorne) of Sweetser, Andy Deaton (Wendy) of Noblesville and Melody Winegardner (Bruce) of Milford; her grandchildren, Ryan Deaton (Lisa), Shanann Newhouse (Brad), Tyler Deaton (Sarah), Amber Pritchett (Nick), Evan Deaton (Gina), Cody Deaton (Alayna Garcia), Logan Deaton, Keegan Deaton, Mack Deaton, Avery Runyon (Braeton) and Matthew Winegardner; her great grandchildren, Darrian Peterson, Reid Newhouse (Mary), Lexie Newhouse, Broyn, Brekyn Pritchett, Addie, Jace, Cade and Maisyn Deaton; and her sisters, Norena Collins (Ron) of Marion and Lois Foust of Milltown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
