She is survived by: her parents, Rex Chism and Clara Chism (Tomlinson); her husband John Hecox; her children, Josh Hecox (Brooke) of Wabash and Ashley Tully (Wade) of North Manchester; her grandchildren, Teraka Tully, Madison Hecox and Ryan Tully; her brother Greg Chism (Kathy) of Pierceton; and her mother-in-law Madonna Hecox of Swayzee.
