He was predeceased by: his parents, William Romine and Louise Romine (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Brenda D. Romine (Mayberry); his children, Jenny Boyd (Pat), Tyler Romine (Missy), Jason Neal (Warren) and Sara Neal (Carmel); his siblings, Mark (Linda), Linda Moorman (Lee), Carmel, Belinda Sage, Sandy Malone (Wade) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Jane Huffman (Chris); and his grandchildren, Trish Boyd, Maryn Romine, Waylon Romine and Harrison Neal.
