He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Stumbo Heck (Roy); his stepdaughter Cheryl Banter; and his sister Debbie Folk (Bud). He is survived by: his father Larry Churchwell (Judy); his wife Joann Cooper Heck; his children, Leia Waite (Jeremy), Lonnie Heck (Sarah) and Norma Huron (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Chris, Hannah, Abby, Jake, Marshall, Landon, Brodric and Sadie; his son-in-law Jeff Banter; and his siblings, Joyce Dodge (Matt), Jimmy (Vicki) and Doug Churchwell (Julie).
