He was predeceased by: his father John Paul Bernard, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Jane Ann Bernard (McGovern); his wife Bonnie Bernard; his daughters, Stacey Hadler (Weston) and Kellie Bernard (Jocelyn Mantz); his granddaughter Abby Hadler; and his brothers, Keith Bernard (Donnita) and Kevin Bernard (Lorraine).
