She was predeceased by: her parents, Marden Warren and Joyce Warren (Davis); and her brother Steven Warren. She is survived by: her fiancé Dean Clark of Sims; her daughters, Mindy Foster (Steve Dager) of Fort Wayne and Brandy Martin of Kokomo; her siblings, Cheryl Simmons of Kokomo, Alisa Binnion (Elvis) of Swayzee and Brian Warren (Gayle) of Somerset; and her grandchildren, Austin Martin of Fort Wayne, Mitchell Foster of Huntington, Allie Foster of Fort Wayne, Zachery Burton of Sims and Jacob Burton of Sims. She is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
