It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert M. McDaniel of Swayzee, Indiana, born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilbert M. McDaniel and Phyllis J. McDaniel (Strong); and his wife Marilyn S. Swift of Swayzee. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Grace Baptist Church Missions Fund, and envelopes will be provided at the church.
