He is survived by: his parents, Stacie Courtney (Diskey) of Marion, Indiana. and Anthony Courtney (Stacie); his children, Jvin Lee, Kayleb Wayne and Aria Jayde; his sisters, Brittney Heinlen of Kentucky, Sierra Courtney, Mariah Courtney (Zack Smith) of Marion, Mindy Foster of Fort Wayne and Brandy Martin of Swayzee; his grandparents, Phyllis Rankin of Georgia and Ora Wilson of Hartford City; his aunts and uncles, Edina Miller (Steven) of Gas City, Kari Aguilar (Mario) of Elkhart, Shannon Watkins of Warsaw, Kelly Jean Linderman of Indianapolis, Anthony Diskey of Swayzee, Clayton Diskey (Donna) of Georgia and Victor Courtney (Deanna) of Wabash; his adoptive father Robert Gallaway (Charlene); his brothers, Russell Gallaway (Sierra Dailey), Lakelyn, Tyler and Bentlee; his godfather Jerry Boucher; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
