He was predeceased by: his parents, Monelle Conkling Dicus and Thurman Albert Dicus; his sister Mardelle Dicus Lehe; and his friend Beverly Sheline. He is survived by: his nephews, Robert Tad Lehe (Marcia) and Tom Lehe (Joyce); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katherine, Jonathan, Jennifer and David.
