She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Clay and Roxie Davis (Bransford); her daughter Holly Shrout; and her brother Doug Davis. She is survived by: her husband Stephen G. Collins; her grandson Cori Gentry; her sisters, Gail and Patty; and her close friends, Terry Oren, Tamara Yanis and Jay Harpham (Terry).
