He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Jr. Tolley and Ruby Brown Tolley. He is survived by: his wife Catrina Ruth; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Samantha Wiechert of Burlington, KY; his grandchildren, Brooklyn and Mackenzie Wiechert; and his siblings, Beverly, Loria, Veronica, Sylvia, Deva and Shannon.
