She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Burns and Cornie Daniel Burns; her husband James Larry Lewis; and her brother David Burns. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Lewis (Lori) of Sunman and Greg Lewis (Dawn) of Sunman; her grandchildren, Jennifer Burdette of Sunman, Brittany Lohrum (Nick) of Milan, Hannah Laws (Allen) of Milan, Zack Lewis (Shelbie Schomber) of Sunman and Parker Lewis of Sunman; her great grandchild Logan Hill (Heidi Laws); her siblings, Verda Day of Milan, Roy Burns Jr. (late Mona) of Milan and Ronnie Burns (Gloria) of Sunman; and her friend Jerry Martin of Moores Hill.

Burial will follow in church cemetery, memorial contributions can be directed to the church.
