He is survived by: his wife Gloria Allen; his daughters, Rhonda Smith (Willie) of Milan, Kimberly Jewett (Chad) of Sunman and Kerri May (Matt) of Milan; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kaitlyn, Keegan, Issy, Mason, Jake and Ashley; his great grandchild Teagan; and his siblings, Verda Day of Milan and Roy Burns Jr. (late Mona) of Milan.
