He was predeceased by: his father Fred Cobb; his siblings, Robert Lee Cobb (Marie), Wanda Harville (Jack), Hiram "Bud" Cobb, Tommy Cobb, Ruth Ann Goodwin (Everett) and Opal Rust (Tom); his brothers-in-law, Gerald Dean Mann and Jeffrey Hill; and his parents-in-law, John T., Sr. and Carol Gayliene Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Cobb; his children, William M. Cobb (Jessica) and Valerie LaFave (Roger); his sister Sharon Mann; his grandchildren, Blake Davis, Bailee Cobb and Brayden Cobb; his siblings-in-law, John T. Hill, Jr. (Kathy) and Louise Cobb; and his former wife Judith Skaggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews; several cousins.
The family asks that if you attend the visitation or funeral that masks are mandatory for attendance.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make a memorial contribution the day of service to help defer funeral expenses.
