He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Kenner (Hall) and Donald Kenner; and his grandson Waylon Bissett. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Carpenter of Sunman; his children, Jeffrey Bissett of Rising Sun, Michael Kenner of Colorado, Carla Stewart of Lawrenceburg and Jennifer Kenner; his siblings, Donald Kenner of Kentucky, Tim Kenner of Colorado, Pam Kenner of Kentucky and Angie Hampton of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Noah, Hunter, Brady, Alexis, Dyllon and Robert.
