It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice L. Hartman of Sunman, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda; his son Matthew Hartman; and his sister Miriam Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Werner (Werner) of Sunman; his children, Marcia Parcell (Bill) of Dillsboro, IN, Marlene Riehle (Eric) of Milan, IN, Malcolm Hartman (Cynthia) of Francisco, IN, Mark Hartman (Tammy) of Versailles, IN, Marvin Hartman (Sue) of Sunman, Manuel Hartman (Jessica) of Greencastle, IN, Max Hartman (Angel) of Sunman and Mathias Hartman (Angela) of Cummings, GA; and his siblings, Rita Eckstein of Batesville, Ellen Kirschner of Batesville, Michael Hartman of Tampa, FL, Allen Hartman (Norma) of Batesville, Robert Hartman of Brookville, IN, Harold Hartman of Sunman and Daniel Hartman (Zita) of Mason, OH. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
