She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Sullivan and Helen M. Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Gustafson; her children, Elizabeth Ann Morgan of Cincinnati, Joseph R. Alexander (Lynn) of Sunman and Randy W. Alexander of Xiamen, PRC.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Abby, Jacob, Noah, Emily, Ian, Rachel, Isaac, Therese, Olivia, Colleen, Max and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Maria, Henry, Vincent, Samuel, Anastasia, Zita, Louis, Catarina, Everly Rose, Jules, Nicholas, Natalie, Brooklyn Rae, Eli, Alyza, Lucy, Genevieve and Malachi; and her brother Ken Sullivan of Cincinnati.
