He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lubbers and Ethel Lubbers (Haas); his wife Fran Lubbers; and his siblings, Mary Hardman and Father Thomas Lubbers.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Forbes (Jerry) of Amelia, OH, Perry Lubbers (Yvonne) of Covington, KY and Mike Lubbers (Jackie) of Sunman, IN; his grandchildren, Amber, Krista, Joanna, Cacey, Justin, Nathan, Josh, Jeremy, Tyler and Cheyenne; his siblings, Jean Marshall, Bob Lubbers (Mary Lou), Dot Trame (Al), Jim Lubbers (Karen), Judy Kroger (Steve) and Linda Schollmann; and his brother-in-law Bill Hardman. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
